1924 Nov 4 :: State of Massachusetts :: Question 3 :: Referendum :: Shall a law (Chapter 370 of the Acts of 1923) which provides that no person shall manufacture, transport by aircraft, watercraft or vehicles, import or export spirituous or intoxicating liquor, as defined by section 3 of chapter 138 of the General Laws. or certain non-intoxicating beverages, as defined by section 1 of said chapter 138, unless in each instance he shall have obtained the permit or other authority required therefor by the laws of the United States and the regulations made thereunder, which law was approved by both branches of the General Court by votes not recorded, and was approved by His Excellency the Governor, be approved?
